Gypsy Caravan Prim Goodies

Good Afternoon Everyone!!

Well, let me start off with an update on my Yard Sale I had last Saturday.  We have one every Memorial Day weekend and usually do really well.

This year…. not so much! :(

No one was out YS’ing in our town.  I talked to one man who had been to other towns and he said it was packed.  Then when he came to Herrin, there was no one.

Strange??

Any way, I did at least make me some spending money for the Gypsy Caravan in St. Louis on Monday.  I made a little less than $150.00, so I guess I cant complain.  I was just hoping for more.

Thanks to everyone who sent a little prayer out about my ear.  I did actually wake up on Monday morning feeling a lot better.  Oh, how I  love the power of prayer!!

And nope it didn't rain while we were there.  Though I can admit as the sweat was soaking my clothes and the sun was beating down on the top of my head, I would have Welcomed a rain storm!! :)

My daughter and I got quite a sun burn.  She actually got it a lot worse than I did.  Bad Mom… I forgot the sun screen!!

I didn't really buy that much at the Gypsy Caravan.  But I was happy with the few items I did find.

Here are my Goodies!

An old red ware crock…. $5.00

I topped it with mustard homespun.

I also got 2 of these white crocks, which I also topped.

I forgot to take a photo of the 2nd one, but they look exactly alike.

I did buy a few more things both at the Caravan and at OTP but I haven't gotten around to taking photos of them.

I will show them off next time.

Hubby just came in from work, so I’m heading off to see how his day went.

Hope you all are having a wonderful week!!

Until Next Time….

Take Care!

Tam

Maybe then I can find some goodies. I will be having a yard sale next week end (if it doesn't rain) and hope to put some money in my moving fund :)
