My Abe Pillow + Another Win!!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

I wanted to pop in and show off my Abe silhouette pillow, I just finished.

I am so proud of the way it turned out.

Trust me…. Photos don't do it justice.

It is so much better in person.

I made it from antique pillow ticking, both sides.

Then I hand painted an Abe silhouette onto muslin and sewn it to the front.

I also added a prim red and blue ticking patch to one corner.

This is a nice size pillow measuring aprox. 13” by 13.5”.

I currently have it listed on my website.

I tea stained the entire pillow and it has a wonderful old prim appearance to it.  The photos don't seem to pick up on that.

I am so happy that yesterday I was the lucky winner of Marie's (Olde Lady Morgan) fabulous prim pumpkin.

Here is what I won.

I borrowed this photo from Marie’s blog.  I will be sure to show him when he arrives.

Thank you so very much Marie!!!

I also have been working hard on my goodies for Char's textile swap.

I found out that I will be swapping goodies with Amy.

Yeah!!  This is going to be great.

I am very excited!!

That's about it for me right now.

Until Next Time….

Take Care and Prim Filled Blessings To You ALL!

If the pillow is better than the picture than you did a fantastic job. It's great!
And your background reflects your personality from what I can see of your home. Good Job.
