Blessings…

Hello Everyone!
Sorry, no pictures in this post.
I will have some coming soon, I promise.
I do have some projects, goodies and tweaking I want to share.
But I haven't gotten around to taking pictures yet.

I wanted get on and share some thoughts though.
I have found myself lately feeling down about one thing or another.  Spending way too much time concentrating on the things that are wrong in my life.

Or the the things that aren't the way I WANT THEM to be.

I thought instead of spending time and energy on them, I need to remember all the way I have been and am blessed.

So this is what I am going to post about.

Here are a few Blessings of my life.

~ I was born into a loving family.
We may be a little nuts at time but the love abundant.
I was blessed with loving parents, sister, aunts, uncle, cousins, grandma and the worlds most wonderful grandpa.
My Grandpa was taken from us way too early but what a wonderful blessing he was.
He may not have been a man to say I love You but he SHOWED you his love in actions each and every day.
He had a way that made you feel so special and completely loved.
And as the years have went on I have been blessed with a wonderful Bother In Law and Nieces.  Not mention more cousins and extended family.

~ I grew up with the most amazing friends.
Even though we may not see each as often as we once did.... I still love them all dearly.
And I know if I ever needed them, they would be there for me.
As I would be for them.
They all were and are a true blessing in my life.

~ I have a wonderful and loving husband.
This coming November we will be celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary.

Quite an accomplishment seeing that we were married when I was 17 and he was 18.

He has loved me and has been there for me as long as I can remember.
He shows me each and everyday how important I am to him.
And through our ups and our downs.... his love has stayed true and constant.
That is a huge blessing.

~ I have 3 of the most wonderful children.
I couldn't love them more or be more proud of each one of them if I tried.
They love their Mommy! And their Mommy loves them with all her heart!

~ I have a good mother-in-law.
We may not always see eye to eye on everything but I know if we needed her, she would be there.

~ God has blessed us with health, happiness,  a beautiful home, good jobs, and amazing memories.
No, we may not be rich.  We may have our struggles.
We may have our times where we cant afford everything we WANT but he always makes sure we have everything we NEED.

~ I have been blessed with the most amazing on-line friends.
These are friends I may never have pleasure of meeting in person but that doesn't take away their importance to me.
You all are always here to listen.  To send your words of encouragement and prayers.
This means more to me than words can express.
So yes, you all are most definitely a blessing in my life.
I am so grateful to God for giving the technology to bring us all together and share our lives with each other.

* I am sure there are many more blessings but I will wait for a future post for those. :)

I thank you all for stopping by and visiting with me.

I thank you for taking the time to read my ramblings. :)
Until Next Time.....
Take Care Everyone and Blessings to you ALL!!

Tam

What a wonderful post! I know for me, sometimes it's too easy to get caught up in what I don't have, or what projects I haven't finished. Then I tend to focus on those negative things and overlook all of the blessings I do have in my life. Thank you so much for the reminders of what's really important in life!

What a nice post, reminds me of the song...count your blessings name them one by one....I hope that brightened your day a little.
I know that this year has been a struggle for us..dh lost his job and two kids in college...no insurance for 6 months. But God has provided for us and we, too, are blessed. Dianntha

So hard sometimes to not think of the have nots, could of's.. Life tosses many curve balls and it's hard to get past them sometimes
Until we realize there are more blessings then we realize!
Can you tell, I have been working on this myself? It's sooo hard!
