Textile Swap Goodies!

Good Morning Everyone!!

I have to work today but I wanted to pop on and show off my new goodies.

I took part in Char's Textile Swap.

My wonderful partner was Amy from At Home With Amy.

I really enjoyed swapping with Amy. And I loved that it gave us an opportunity to get to know each other better.

I think that may be my favorite part of swapping!!

Getting to chat and become better acquainted with your partner. :)

Amy is so sweet!! So, if you have never visited Amy’s blog be sure to click on the link above and stop over for awhile.

Here are the wonderful goodies Amy sent me for our Textiles Swap!!

003

She sent me 2 adorable cupboard tuck pillows and seed bag with a bundle of lilac inside.

She grubbed me up two flour sack towels.  And on one of them hand stitched Gatherings 1903 in the corner.  (So cute!!)

She stitched me the fabulous prim crow stitchery.

She also included 2 other prim towels. Simple Keepings 1817 and Blessings.

Then last but certainly not least, she included 2 coverlet type squares.

005

Now I must find time to display my new goodies!!!

Thank you so very much Amy!!

I loved everything you sent.

I will show off where I put them as soon as I can.

These last few days have been nuts.

I am running so far behind on everything.

Plus on top of everything I need to get done, my daughter starts back to school Tuesday.

So I have been busy getting her ready for that.

We still must find time to go get some school supplies!!

Can someone please tell me how it is possible Summer Break is already over??

One second there is snow on the ground…. The next Second we are rejoicing for Spring then POOF!

Summer break is over and time to go back to school!!

This past year has flew by!!

Anyway… enough rambling from me.

I must go get ready!!

Until Next Time…

Take Care Everyone and have a wonderful weekend!!

Tam

I'm so glad Tammy everything was to your liking, I"m sorry But I cannot take credit for making the star or the heart. I do not sew. I bought both from blogging friends in the past. The ditty bag was also made by someone else. I just stitched the tag on it and added the lilac. Stitching is my one and only talent.
I too enjoyed getting to know you. You have blessed me in more ways than you will ever know.
Hugs,
AMY

Very nice goodies!! I just love stitcheries, I'm not the best at doing it but I enjoy trying. Amy did a good job, can't wait to see how you display everything, I always enjoy your "tweaking" posts. 8-)
Blessings,
Lorna
