My Fall Swap Goodies From Char

Hi Everyone and Happy Halloween Weekend!

I took part in a Fall Swap hosted by Char.

My partner for the swap was Char herself!!

Here are the wonderful Swap Goodies she sent me.

002

A wonderful wool pumpkin pillow.

003

Three bags full of amazingly scented tarts!!

One of the bags I opened.

But check out how fabulously she had these packaged.

004

An adorable Pumpkin Carving Contest Stitchery.

006

Now check out this!!

It is a small enamel pan, which she bent the handle upward to form this wonderfully prim candle holder.

She even included the hook for hanging it.

007

I decided to display the pumpkin she sent me in it.

Doesn't it look so cute in there!!

008

What a wonderful idea, Char!

I would have never thought to do this.

009

I love this prim pantry cake with tea light in the center.

011

I have it displayed in my dining room cupboard.

010

018

She also sent me this wonderful penny rug.

Im still looking for the perfect spot for it.

Right now, I have it in my foyer, but I think I may tweak the display some.

015

And last but certainly not least, she primmed me up this adorable wooden bench.

I am using it as a foot stool in my living room.

At first I had it in front of the smaller wooden chair.

020

019

022

But then I decided to move it to the front of the larger, wing back, chair.

Which do you think looks best…

In front of the wooden chair or the wing back chair??

I want to thank everyone for their prayers and kind words on my worries about Kelsey.

I wanted to let you know that she arrived around 10:30pm last night.

Tried but safe and sound.

They headed out to the rally and to do some sight seeing this morning.

She is going to be heading back home tomorrow morning.

So please keep those protection prayers a comin’! :)

I want her to enjoy herself but I also cant wait for her to be back home where she belongs!! ;)

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Char certainly made you a lot of beautiful things and great prim gifts to decorate with. I usually put my benches to the side, other wise we would trip over them, lol. I think to the side of either chair with a prim doll, would be a nice display.

I love all you prim swap goodies!!! You enjoy!!!! And I know how you feel worrying about your daughter. Once my son hitchhiked to the Myrtle Beach, left me a message on the answering machine, and he hiked the Applachian Trail and I wouldn't hear from him for weeks. My daughter and one of her friends drove by themselves to NYC when she was just out of HS. Is it any wonder I have to color my hair, sure did alot of praying.
Hugs, and I know your daughter will be fine.

Oh I love the penny rug and the prim candle in the pantry cake and the...well really everything you received I love! The little bench I think looks good in front of the wood chair...just my preference.

Hope your daughter has a wonderful trip and stays safely and hurries back so her momma can stop worrying. You do know that worrying causes wrinkles, right? And you are much too young to have wrinkles! So hurry home young one...your momma needs you there safe and sound.

Oh, and I did take a peek at what you sent Char, well you can be my swap partner anytime...love all that you sent her. Wow!

What a nice Halloween Treat that all is- Congratulations! I have one of those old black pans in my cellar doing absolutely nothing at all. I will be digging it out and making a candle holder like that! Love it!
