I am finally home on a Tuesday to join in on Misi's Chain displays.
This week the chain is,
So, here are a few of my new goodies.
1st off lets start with this wonderful stitched pin keep I purchased from Pam.
She had these wonderful pin keeps listed for sale on her blog.
Pam makes the most wonderful items and I knew I had to have one of these!!
It is back with a piece of a wonderful old blue quilt top.
Thank you so much Pam!!
I love it!
Okay, next is the extent of my Spring decorating so far.
Don’t laugh. LOL!!
I have never really been much for decorating inside with the seasons.
Except for Fall and Christmas, of course.
Here is a little item I recently purchased from Old Time Pottery.
I have this in my dining room which mixes good with my red ware – yellow ware collection.
The next item is something wonderful I just purchased.
It is an antique, early 1900’s quilt.
Hand quilted and in quite good shape.
Some wear to the front, but nothing terrible.
To be honest though, I really didn't buy it for the front of the quilt.
Even though it does have some wonderful early fabrics.
But I bought the quilt for This…
The back is done entirely in, Early, True brown and black homespun fabric!!
The back fabric is in amazing condition.
I didn't notice any holes, rips or stains.
Don't ya love it!! :)
I guess, I will end this post with an item I recently acquired for My Website.
It is a wonderful LARGE framed sampler.
It comes in wood frame with glass.
Brand New and ready to display.
It is made to look old but it is not.
As stated above, this is a Large sampler.
It measures approx. 19" tall by 23" wide.
I think this would look amazing above a fireplace!
Family Tree design.
I am asking $30 plus actual shipping for this.
If you are interested it, please email.
Thanks so much to Misi for hosting these wonderful weekly Display Chains!
