Pictures and Some Other Stuff

aa

Happy Saturday Everyone!

Waiting for my daughter to get done so we can go Homecoming Dress shopping.

I thought I would pop on and share a few things.

Yesterday I was playing around on Photo Scape.

What a wonderful Free program.

If you don’t have it, get it, because it is so much fun.

There are many things you can do with it.

Here are just some random shots I did yesterday.

The header photo was also from Photo Scape.

These are just a few examples.

So many things you can do with it.

I am still learning.

Okay, she’s ready to go.

I’ll finish up when I get back. :)

6 hours later…. I’m back!

Found “the” dress.

It is so pretty and very flattering.

It is totally different than what she originally said she was looking for,  once she put it on we knew it was the one.

But of course we had to have them hold it while we continued through to every other store and what felt like 100’s of other dresses, only to come back to the one at the 1st store!! ;)

I will be sure to show off how pretty she looks when the actual dance happens in Oct.

Now back to the original post….

Yesterday I was also looking through Google images and came across these wonderful Fall photos.

None of these pictures are mine, but I thought you would enjoy them.

These came from Better Homes and Garden

Isn’t this a fabulous fall display!!

I want to do this!!

And this wreath, below, LOVE it!

I also liked this one…

I wish my porch could be this beautiful!!

I've been busy finishing up some swaps and taking care of Mom stuff.

Lately I have felt like I am being pulled in zillion different directions.

That there isn't enough of me to go around.

And I'm afraid it isn't going to get better anytime soon.

I have some bear orders to get finished.

Plus my Hubby volunteered me to donate some handmade items to be silent auctioned off at his work.

I don't mind doing it, just needing to find the time to get them finished.

I am planning on sending three items.

One of my teddy bears, a standing Santa and a pumpkinhead doll.

Well, this is the plan at least.

Hopefully I will be able to get them done before the deadline, I have a tendency to be Slow when it comes to creating.

I sure wish OLM (Marie) lived closer, I would pay her to come over and help me!! I am always in awe at how fast she can make her wonderful creations.  Wish I had will power and energy like her.

:)

Any who…

I will be sure to show off what I will be donating to the charity auction whenever I do get them done.

Guess I'm going to sign off and go rest for a few minutes before heading to my sewing room and get back to work.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Until Next Time…

Take Care and Blessings To You All!!

Just downloaded it and it is wonderful!! I was able to get the sepia and the photocopy look but how did you get the photocopy in brown instead of black? I tried a couple of things but they didn't work. I think I may be on the computer more than I need to again!! LOL But thanks, I LOVE it.

Tammy,
I am always amazed at all you get done! Glad you had fun shopping with your daughter. My boys don't care about clothes as much, although Brandon likes to thrift with me, so I have a partner! LOL!
I like the photos, but I doubt I would be able to do it, I can't do many things on here, so it would be OVER my head!
I also wanted to say, I like the items your mom has made you recently, very cool!
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Renee
