It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!

Okay, Not really, especially since it is in the 70’s today!!

Yippee and I’m not complaining at all about that!!

I’ll take it. :)

But I have been sewing away on Christmas ornies and stockings.

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

Plus I received my wonderful blog win goody package from Traci yesterday.

Look at what I was lucky enough to win!!

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

Trust me, photos don't do these justice.

So cute!!

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

Awesome prim Santa and Candy Canes!

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

Wonderful stitchery cupboard tuck with “Just Because” bonus stars Traci sent along!!

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

Prim perfect berry garland and a sweet snowman card.

*I can’t hardly wait to start decorating!!

Thank you again, Traci, for all my amazing new goodies!

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

I cant show off the ornies because they are gifts I am sending out but…

Here are some stocking I have made.

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

The one to the right was my first one… we will get back to that one in a second. ;)

But here are the two I have listed in My Etsy Shop.

Burlap Stocking with Prim Patches.

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

I used the same burlap sack on both sides of stocking.

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

The inside on the stocking is lined with cotton fabric.

I also hand sewn a couple prim patches, made from true early black and white calico fabric, to the stocking.

And added a bell to both sides at top.

The next one, I think, turned out really pretty.

I consider this my “Farmhouse” stocking. :) Hehee!

 A Primitive Place ~Tammy

The front was made from a vintage burlap sack.

The stocking is lined with the same fabric as the back.

 A Primitive Place ~Tammy

Along the top I added rusty safety pins, bells and one old key.

Then I finished it off with a stiff snowflake star doily ornament, tied on to the safety pin.

Okay, now back to the 1st one I made.

Well, as you might be able to see…

I accidently cut the stocking out upside down.

Oopps!

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

It is lined inside with the same fabric as the back and the prim cuff.

A Primitive Place ~Tammy

The front was made from a vintage burlap feed sack.

I’m not going to be selling this stocking because the graphics are up side down.

But I am offering it as a small giveaway.

So if you would like a chance to win it, just leave me a comment and I will draw a name this Friday (Nov.11th).

*Please don't blog or sidebar post about it.

I am only offering it to those who actually stop by and read my postings.

The only rules to this giveaway is:

~ You must be a follower of my blog.

*And that’s it.

Good luck and I will announce the winner Saturday.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I never even noticed the upside down print Tammy! Your stockings are very nice. I am so jealous of your sewing abilities. One day I will learn!

I would love to be entered in your drawing. I could add the stocking to the other two you sent me when we swapped!

Have a blessed day,

Good morning Tammy.
Don't you know that when something like the stocking with upside down lettering is made that it is a one of a kind and very valuable...lol Yes, it would be a very valuable 'treasure' hand made by you....and I'd be honored to own it if my name was drawn.
All the stockings are adorable.

Hi Tammy... Love your burlap stockings, I made some for my show this year too. a bit different though....
Glad your goodies arrived....

And, please throw my name in the stocking or is it the hat for your stocking drawing. Should I win, I will hang it upside down, that way the letters are right side up and the coal that Santa puts in it will fall out, LOL... ;)

Hugs,
Traci
