Master Bathroom Redo – Before And After

APP ~Tammy

Hello Everyone!

Well, I wasn’t able to get as much finished as I had hoped, but I did do some tweaking, and got my master bathroom painted.

I know, I talked awhile back about wanting to paint this room white, but, well…

It didn't happen.

Just too many white choices for a gal that has never had white walls.

:)

Funny, but true.

It is crazy how many shades of white there are, and just because they look one way on a card, doesn't mean that is what they look like on a wall.

So, I just stuck with my paint that I have used all throughout my home.

Plus, I already had it, so it didn't cost me any extra.

In fact, the entire redo didn't cost me a penny.

After painting, I moved some things out and moved stuff from other rooms in.

I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out.

I will start with the view from the Master bedroom looking in.

Here are some Before and After Shots to remind you of what it looked like.

I guess you can see, the biggest difference is, it is much brighter now.

I hope you enjoyed your tour of my Master Bath.

Since I went a little photo crazy in this post, I will save my living room tweaking for the next one.

:)

I do want to point out that this room is long, yet skinny, so it is quite difficult to get a good photo showing entire space.

Actually, for me, it is down right impossible.

LOL!!

Before signing off for the night, I wanted to Thank everyone for their comments on my previous post.

I really enjoyed reading what everyone thought about the Pinterest situation.

I also wanted to say, that just because I deleted my boards, doesn’t mean I think everyone should.

I think everyone had valid opinions about the site.

I also think, that it is up to everyone to make their own decision.

To me, deleting felt like the right decision.

Simply because with everything going on right now, I didn't want to worry.

Worry about the legal stuff, worry about offending someone, worry about pinning a pin that wasn't linked to the right person.

Etc. Etc.

Too much stress for me.

Yes, I have a tendency to get stressed out easily. LOL!!

So, for now at least, I’m going to enjoy just looking.

And if I come across something I absolutely want to remember….

I’ll click the link to the actual site and Favorite it on my computer.

;)

Thanks so much for stopping by to visit.

I’m dead tired, so I’m going to go lay down and watch TV till time for bed.

Take Care and Talk Soon,

You've done a beautiful redo, Tam. I am doing a bedroom in a new white not used before. It is such fun to see the changes, isn't it.

I hope you will pop by to help us bring 'angel love' for a young girl who is sick.

Thank you.
Have a beautiful week ~

I liked the before, but I'm REALLY liking the after - certainly brightens things up. (Wanna come redo my bath....it's much smaller - I'm sure you'll have it snapped into shape in no time!) ;o) I was glad though, when you went to the random shots, the "before" and "after" almost made me feel like I was at the eye doctor and I keep having to say....Ummmm....what changed?? ;o) Love your enamelware and old "toiletries" and soaps - very fun..... uhh oh...Pinterest....guess I have to scoot down and see what I missed....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

I LOVE your bathroom! One of my favorite things is the candelabra ceiling fixture (I'm kind of a sucker for those!). So many creative touches. The white really makes everything else pop!
