Newest Creation ~ My First Panda ♥

Hello All My Bloggin’ Pals!

Well, I had to to jump on and share my newest creation I finished up late last night.

My very first Panda!

APP ~Tammy

His name is Ollie.

He is seen here with a little church doll that was a gift awhile back from my friend, Tricia.

APP ~Tammy

I must admit, I have fallen in love with him.

That is why he is why he staying right here, with me. :)

So…

I have him displayed at the end of my bed with my primitive bear from Dru @ Cinnamon Creek Cabin.

APP ~Tammy

I originally made him for resale, but now I just can’t part with him.

APP ~Tammy

Ollie was made from from an old wool and cashmere coat I purchased from Goodwill…

APP ~Tammy

I painted him to turn him into an adorable Panda…

APP ~Tammy

He has my typical large hump back design.

APP ~Tammy

I also stained him all up to give him that wonderful worn, olde, appearance.

APP ~Tammy

He is completely stuffed with straw which also helps gives him a wonderful olde look and feel.

Merry Christmas To Me From Me!!

Heehee!!

:)

Maybe I’m alone in this but…

I’m ready for Christmas to come and get over with.

Don’t get me wrong.

I enjoy it.

The decorating, the baking, the spending time with family, all of it.

But at the same time, I’m ready to get life back to normal.

I’m ready to have some free time and free money.

I’m ready to put the decorations away and maybe even do a little changing here and there.

I always enjoy putting out all my Christmas decorations, but by the time Christmas is over, I’m ready to put them all back up.

Maybe it’s just my mood today.

I’ve been a little restless.

Can’t sit still.

I feel like a chicken with its head cut off!!

Any way…

I’m just ready.

Hurry Up Christmas!

Let’s Get This Party Started!!

Time to head off and start supper.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hugs,

zTam

Hi Tammy,

When I was younger I collected pandas and as an adult I collected Boyds Bears. I so love this bear. He has the sweetest face. Great Job!

What a sweet panda. I am glad you are keeping him.
I wish Christmas wasn't next week. I am finally done except for one person (never did get a gift made ~ darn!) and the grocery shopping. I'd love to have some time to enjoy the season and it hasn't happened yet.
Merry Christmas!
Hugs :)

You did an awesome job painting your panda. He looks very wise. I'm tired of all the busyness of Christmas--rushing to get everything done--but I didn't decorate as much as I've sometimes done but am really enjoying what I do have up. Have a good weekend! ~Roberta

We differ in wishing Christmas to be over, I savor every moment, every scent, every song. I LOVE it. I will however take all m decorations down on Wed.
