Galvanized Bucket And Dried Hydrangeas – Much Better!

APP ~Tammy

Hello All!

I finally figured out something to put on my scale.

I didn't like how bare the single firkin looked up there.

To me, this looks much better.

APP ~Tammy

Yesterday I noticed Brett's buckets outside on the deck.

These are what he uses for empting the fireplace.

I saw them and and thought…

“He doesn't need two of those.  I wonder if one would fit up on my scale?”

So in it came and Yep, fit great.

Of course, when I came inside with it Hubs looks at me odd and asks,

“What are you doing with that?”

I point at the scale and say, “I’m going to put flowers in it and sit it up there.”

To that, I received the infamous eye roll and “whatever” reply.

As I pranced over to the scale excited about my find.

Can someone tell me, how can he not be excited about this??

It’s Free, Fits and Looks just the way I wanted it to.

If that’s not exciting then I don’t know what is. :) Heehee!

Hi Tammy I am feeling your excitment, know that feeling of finding the perfect item for the perfect spot. Also know the eyeroll, I get that from my son when I ask him to move something for me, and of course the comment, didn't I just move that, and at that I say so what's your point, just move it, they just don't get it. Hi Tammy, I saw your feature over at Home Sweet Home. Congratulations. I love this idea, the old vintage look bucket and the hydrangeas, the perfect finishing touch for that space. I may see if I can do this, of course it won’t be this pretty but I’ll give it a try. Great look, great blog, I’m your latest follower.
