Antique 1910 - 1915 Mohair Teddy Bear
This is an extremely rare, early, antique teddy bear. I estimate that it dates from around 1910 - 1915. Made of golden mohair but the mohair is very worn. Completely straw stuffed. Original jointed head, arms and legs. It orignally had leather paw pads but they are pretty much worn away, showing the straw stuffing inside. He has one glass shoe button eye, the other is missing. Hand stitched nose and mouth. He has a long body with short arms and legs. This teddy has been very loved over the years and he has multiple repaired areas. To me, that makes him even more fabulous.

Primitive Antique HM Teddy Bear
This is a fabulous Primitive Antique Teddy Bear. I believe it is a home made, One of a kind teddy bear. He is completely straw stuffed. He is made of a velveteen fabric. Hand stitched nose and mouth. No eyes. He does have some wear holes and age splits in fabric. I love this teddy, he is just so Prim!

Antique Early 1900's Teddy Bear
Wonderful Primitive Antique Early 1900's Teddy Bear. Poor guy, his fur has been loved away. And yes, he is missing one arm. Someone literally loved him to pieces.
This fabulous prim teddy bear measures aprox. 11" tall.
He is completely straw stuffed. Hand stitched eyes, nose and mouth. Jointed head, arm and legs. But one leg is currently attached with a saftey pin. He originally had felt paw pads but they are pretty worn away. He also has a squeaker inside, but it no longer works.
He has a large hump back. And he also has mutliple hand stitched repairs.

1930's Gold Jointed Straw Stuffed Teddy Bear
This is a Fabulous Antique Teddy Bear. He is fully jointed, Head, arms and legs. He is straw stuffed. He measures aprox. 17" tall. He does have a working growler in his chest. Probably an American teddy bear. Glass eyes. He has a long inset snout. Circa 1930 when the inset snouts were adopted. His felt paw pads appear to have been replaced at sometime. One of his ears has been primitively repaired stitched. Embroidered nose, mouth and claws. In 1997 a bear alot like this one booked for $350.00. 1930's Tin Nose Mohair Teddy Bear
This is a fabulous Antique Teddy Bear. Made of white mohair. He has a tin nose, which is quite rare. Teddy bears like these were only made in the late 1930's. He measures aprox. 12" tall. He is a transition example of a '30's bear with sewn in place joints. Unjointed teddy bear. But there is wire inside the upper portion of this arms and shoulders. He has a squeaker or growler in his chest but it no longer works. He is also missing his eyes. No rips, holes or tears but his fur is somewhat discolored, yellowing due to age.
