This is a wonderful glass framed photo. It dates from the 1800's to Early 1900's. I am not exactly sure how it was made. It is a solid piece of glass with some type of paper backing. The front as wood like design with white and a goldish brown. In the center is a very early photo of a man and woman. Then the glass is surrounded by a metal, tarnished goldish chain. Which is also how you hang it. I personally have never seen anything like this before. I think it is soo Kewl!!! :) The edges of the glass do have some very tiny chigger chips that I can feel with my finger. But I dont notice them with the naked eye. No breaks, cracks, or large chips. Not counting the chain, the glass measures aprox. 9" by 9" square.

It is approx. 8" deep.
